Welcome to the Letnix Global Marketplace. By accessing this platform, you certify that you are an authorized representative of a professional organization. Use of the system for fraudulent procurement, non-commercial data mining, or unauthorized technical scraping is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate identity revocation and potential legal action.

Letnix acts as a matching engine and sourcing facilitator. We assume no liability for discrepancies between platform-generated estimates and final contractual rates issued by independent providers following a detailed technical discovery phase.

When you initiate a service request, your procurement profile is cryptographically anchored to the Letnix Ledger. This notification is dispatched to the selected provider. The provider is solely responsible for service fulfillment, SLAs, and technical support as defined in the final master service agreement (MSA) established between the buyer and the provider.

Except where prohibited by law, Letnix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime or third-party service failures. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the fees paid to Letnix in the twelve (12) months preceding the event. Users agree to indemnify Letnix against any claims arising from misuse of anchored technical specifications.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Delaware, except that you or Letnix may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
